Museum Passes

The Clapp Memorial Library loans passes to local museums and parks. Thank you to the Friends of the Library for sponsorship of the Museum Pass Program!

Please be advised that due to COVID listed destinations may not be open or may have other restrictions on admissions.

Museum Pass Regulations
  • Passes are loaned on a first come; first served basis.
  • They may not be reserved or renewed.
  • A pass is loaned for 3 library days and is due back at the end of business on the third day.
  • Passes may be returned in the book drop.
  • Only one pass may be checked out at a time. Limit one pass per family per day.
  • Passes must be returned in their cases. $3 replacement fee for lost envelopes.
  • Borrowers are responsible for the replacement cost of a lost museum pass.

Museum Name Discount / Entry Pass Availability

Half price admission for up to 6 visitors, children under 12 months are free.

Pass cannot be used for special events, workshops, or programs.

Admits 1 adult per day and may not be used for multiple entries.

Visitors are strongly encouraged to reserve a time slot online to avoid long waits or no-entry due to admission limits. Visit clarkart.edu/visit and select Library Pass in the payment section. If you cannot reserve online, you may call the museum to make your reservation. Masks are required for all visitors ages 5 and above.

Admits 2 adults & 4 children

Visitors are strongly encouraged to reserve a time slot online to avoid long waits or no-entry due to admission limits. When reserving a time slot use “Adult Free” and “Youth Free” for your tickets, and use those reservations with the library museum pass. If you cannot reserve online, you may call the museum to make your reservation.

Admits 4 visitors

Visit the Hall Tavern Visitors Center or the Flynt Center of Early New England Life for your Admission Stickers. Admission good for any of Historic Deerfield’s open historic houses, the Flynt Center of Early New England Life, and the History Workshop.

Free admission for one visitor.

Punch card membership pass, one punch per check out.

Free parking for one vehicle at DCR facilities that charge a parking fee (see www.mass.gov/dcr for a full listing of locations).

Museum closed from January 1st – February 15th

$10 admission for two patrons, children 18 and under are free.

10% discount in Museum store and in the Terrace Café (seasonal) on day of visit.

50% off standard daytime admission for a single party of up to four individuals. Pass may only be used once per day.

Special events, programs or performances that require a separate ticket are not eligible.

Visitors may reserve/purchase tickets in advance or purchase on arrival. Once you have been checked in you are welcome to stay until the property closes at 5:00 pm.

Pass is good for up to four tickets per event (adults or children)

 

The Smith College Museum of Art is now free for all visitors! No pass required.

Buy one full price admission and receive a 50% discount on the second admission of equal or lesser value. Pass may only be used once per day. Pass cannot be used for groups larger than six.

Does not apply to special exhibitions, program or planetarium fees, and cannot be combined with other discount rates or coupons.

Library patrons cannot register online in advance. They must show the Library Pass in our Welcome Center

Free admission for five guests. Does not include parking or special events.
